Job Description

  • Manage and streamline the end-to-end procurement both direct and indirect procurement.
  • Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
  • Oversee supplier relationships, contracts and negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Implement cost-effective solutions within the procurement department.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve overall business performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Report on procurement and supply chain performance to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced understanding of end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes within the industrial/engineering industry
  • Proven experience in team management
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships.
  • Fluent English communication skill
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities.
