As the Finance Controller, you will lead the Finance and Purchasing teams, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with financial regulations, and effective financial planning. This role involves overseeing daily financial activities, providing strategic advice to the CFO, and ensuring the organization's financial health.

This role primarily involves partnering with the CFO, overseeing FP&A, Finance Business Partnering alongside the MD in Thailand. As one of the company's largest production bases, it offers significant exposure to regional operations in other Asian countries with similar business models. This opportunity provides a dynamic and strategic environment for the candidate to develop and excel in their career.

To supervise the statutory closing procedures for over 8 countries in the region.

You will be the Head of Finance for Thailand market while also look after the performance of ASEAN region, partnering with senior leadership team and GM of each country.

You will be part of the leadership team, looking after overall and lead a team of finance & accounting in the company, being a crucial business partner to the Business Head in Thailand and a key person in driving the transformation.

Lead financial reporting and budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation, implementing robust controls for compliance and risk management in the role of Financial Controller.

You will be the leader in Finance and Corporate functions, working closely with the commercial to drive company's growth.

You will be leading the planning and controlling of manufacturing's finance & accounting functions and activities to support the company's strategy. Act as the key business partner with business and functional leaders to drive and improve performance.

This role involves leading the financial strategy and operations for a company in Thailand, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. The Head of Finance will drive financial planning, risk management, and team development, supporting business growth and profitability objectives.

Now that the company has restructured its finance and accounting operations and teams, our client is seeking a leader to manage a team of over 30 people across both departments. Certain aspects of the accounting and finance functions will be supported by the group's shared services team.
