This role is a strategic Business Partnering Leadership role where you will work with the Global President of your BU and manage overall HR for the region with local Plant Director reporting into you. Sets the direction and provide leadership to the Business to ensure that leaders are equipped to attract, develop, and retain engaged and competent talent to achieve the Net Promoter Scores (NPS), P&L, revenue growth, net profit and other key targets.

We are looking for General Manager with experience covering P&L, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and EHS. The successful candidate requires excellent command in English and strong strategic thinking with proven track record at a leadership position from multinational manufacturing companies.
The role with responsibility to generate revenue and build new business for the company as well as managing operations including building operation, tenant management, finance, HR and admin. Work closely with top management to deliver a successful communication of vision to deploy strategic initiatives to increase revenue and margin.
