Our client is an international trading medical device company, renowned for its innovative, reliable, and highly functional products. They are also known for their strong work culture, with a convenient location near the BTS route in Bangkok.

Job Description

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure best practices are applied across all supply chain functions in the APAC region.
  • Provide training and support to teams on supply chain processes and system usage.
  • Collaborate with country teams and headquarters to resolve operational challenges.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Oversee supply chain planning, logistics, and distribution to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support system upgrades and improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through proactive project management.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain within a trading background
  • Strong focus on process improvement, cost savings, and data analysis.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on and analytical, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Regional experience preferred or prior collaboration with regional teams.
  • Navision experience is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic trading environment.
